Agent AI Army LLC d/b/a Responsivve ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Roles (Data controller vs Data processor)

For agency and platform accounts, Agent AI Army LLC is the Data controller for account, billing, and platform usage data.

For end-customer call data uploaded or processed on behalf of an agency client, we act as a Data processorunder the agency's instructions; the agency remains controller for that client data.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information (name, email, company name)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe/Paddle)
  • Usage data and analytics
  • Voice call recordings (for quality and training purposes)
  • CRM integration data (as authorized by you)

4. GDPR (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on legal bases including contract performance, Legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact support@responsivve.com to exercise these rights.

5. US state privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access, deletion, and correction. We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA and honor requests to do not sell or share personal information where applicable.

6. Canada (PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25)

We comply with PIPEDA for cross-border processing and respect Quebec Law 25 requirements for consent, transparency, and breach notification where they apply.

7. International transfers & retention

Data may be processed in the United States. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and comparable safeguards for transfers from the EEA/UK.

Call recordings and related metadata are retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law or your agency settings.

8. Data sharing & security

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with trusted service providers only as needed to operate the platform.

We use encryption in transit and at rest and industry-standard access controls.
